A man shooting cars from a hunting rifle was caught in Nazran, Interfax-South reports.
He opened fire at a vehicle with a man and woman inside using Saygak hunting rifle in the Altiyevsky Municipal District of Nazran at about 5.45 pm on Wednesday. He left the place on his car. The police initiated the Perekhvat plan.
The man was caught. The police say he had mental illnesses.
