Makhachkala ex-Mayor Sayid Amirov has been moved from Butyrka to detention in Lefortovo on Tuesday, RIA Novosti reports.
Amirov cut his forearm and leg with a razor on the night of June 11-12 and was moved to a psychiatry detention center in Butyrka. He denied attempts of suicide.
Russian Ombudsman Vladimir Lukin said that Amirov wanted to be put under home arrest instead.
