Mufti Magomed Abdullayev of Kakhabroso in the Untsukulsky District of Dagestan killed one of the 3 assailants who broke into his house on Sunday, Interfax-South reports.
The assailants shot his wife and son and were killed with counter-fire. The police believe that the attack was organized due to professional activities of the mufti. His family is in hospital and their life is not in danger.
