A network of illegal banks cashing over 7 billion rubles was stopped in Moscow, RIA Novosti reports.

The police say that most of the people involved are Turks and Syrians and have been operating since 2011. They were paid 0.5-6.0% for every operation. The police made 18 searches and found accounts of Bank-Kliyent, false accounts and over 40 million rubles in off-shores.
