The Russian Investigative Committee has announced an inquiry into police use of special weapons against a girl camping in Stavropol Territory.
The Office reported that on Friday, June 28, two employees of the patrol service from the Andropov district were working at a summer camp near Farm in Upper Kalaus. For reasons yet unknown, at around 19:30 one of the inspectors handcuffed a 14-year-old girl who was vacationing in the camp. The adolescent reported minor injuries, scrapes and bruises on her wrists.
Verification is being carried out so far in the course of the pre-investigation and witnesses are being interviewed, ITAR-TASS reports.
