Angelina Yudina, a 14-year-old girl from Berdsk who broke her spine by crashing on a scooter in Turkey’s Kemera on June 24, has not returned to Russia yet, RIA Novosti reports.
50,000 rubles have been collected for her surgery in Turkey. The Alyans insurance company pays for her treatment. She was insured for $15,000, but the previous hospital issued a bill worth $1,700 for six hours of treatment, her mother says.
