Around 25% of Georgian school-leavers have failed their Russian exams, Novosti Georgia cites Maya Miminoshvili, the head of the National Center for Examinations, as saying.
In other languages, 10% of Georgian school-leavers were unable to pass their foreign language exams. 8% were unable to pass English, German and French exams and 24% - Russian.
