A meeting of the inter-agency commission for the prevention of crimes was held in Makhachkala on August 3, RIA Dagestan reports. Representatives of the different ministries and agencies took part in a conference headed by Magomet Ismailov, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan.
Ismailov admitted that crime prevention remains unsatisfactory in the republic. He also said police inspectors would open offices in Dagestani schools.
