A unique fire department capable of putting out fires and rescuing the population of North Ossetia has opened in North Ossetia, Interfax-South cites Nikolai Lyutik, head of the North Caucasus Regional Center of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies.
He added that an aircraft will be send to the fire department to prevent fires in forests.
