Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that murderer of 20-year-old airborne soldier Ruslan Marjanov by a 16-year-old Chechen in Pugachyov (Saratov Region) must be punished, RIA Novosti reports.
The soldier and the teenager had an argument at the Zolotaya Bochka Café on Saturday. The teenager stabbed the man with a scalpel and got two months of arrest. He may get up to 15 years of prison for the murder.
