An explosion has hit the Novolaksky District of Dagestan, the press service of the republic's Interior Ministry reports.
The explosion occurred at 5 p.m. near the settlement of Gamiyakh. One person was killed, two more wounded, Interfax cites the law-enforcement agencies as saying.
