The Karachay-Cherkessia FAS has initiated a case for violation of Article 15 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" by the government of the Republic.
"The violation of the law concerns the established criteria for contractors included in the law "On approval of the involvement of contractors to perform the overhaul of apartment buildings with the use of the funds provided in accordance with the Federal Law on the Fund for Assistance in reforming housing and communal services, which causes or may cause restriction of competition," the agency said, reports the portal YGA.ru.
The case will be considered on July 16.
