Alumni of the Journalism School established by the North-South centre for political research today visited the office of the Vestnik Kavkaza news agency in Moscow. Among them were representatives of Azerbaijani, Armenian and Georgian media.
They discussed various professional issues with employees of Vestnik Kavkaza. Coverage of the developments unfolding in the South Caucasus by Russian media was among those issues.
Former chief editor of RIA Novosti's office in Washington Samir Shakhbaz took part in the event and addressed the assembly. He noted that in western states, including the USA, there are few specialists in the Caucasus.
