13 Chechen nationals have been detained in the village of Anin, deputy head of the Russian Investigative Committee's office in the Saratovskaya Region Sergey Sedov says.
The move has been made in the framework of the investigation into the murder of 20-year-old Ruslan Marzhanov, which was followed by a popular uprising and anti-Caucasus campaign.
