Criminal authority Merab Sukhumsky of the Kutaisskiye Gang has been caught at a hotel in Budapest as a suspect responsible for organizing murder of Aslan Usoyan, nicknamed Grandfather Hasan, RIA Novosti reports.
He is suspected of crimes in Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Czech Republic and Lithuania.
