Russian oppositionist Alexey Navalny and Pyotr Ofitserov have been released today with travel restrictions of the prosecutor’s office of the Kirov Region. Moreover, Navalny registered as a candidate for Moscow mayor.
Their lawyers have 10 days to file appeals. Navalny said that he would continue his campaign to become the mayor.
