Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin and Armenian Ambassador Oleg Yesayan met in Moscow and discussed the situation around Grachya Arutyunyan, a truck driver suspected of killing 18 bus passengers by crashing his vehicle into them, RIA Novosti reports.
Karasin assured Yesayan that the rights of the suspect will be respected and that Russia will make a full-fledged investigation of the tragedy. Both officials expressed concerns about attempts of speculations and escalation of tensions within the process.
