Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov ordered over 3,000 packages of free food to be distributed to poor and large families in the Kurchaloyevsky and Gudermessky Districts of the republic for Ramadan, ITAR-TASS reports.
Free dinners will be organized at mosques in Grozny, Gudermes, Urus-Martan, Kurchaloy, Tsentaroy, Jalka, Geldygen. Many cafes and restaurants offer discounts and free meals.
