The Heart of Chechnya Mosque named after Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov in Grozny has received about 670,000 votes in the second round of the Russia 10 project, chechnyatoday.com reports.
The mosque becomes second after the Kolomensky Kremlin in Chechnya.
80 cultural buildings are included in the project. Only 30 of them will enter the finals. 10 buildings with the highest votes will become the local symbols and their miniatures will be built at the Park of Russia in the Moscow Region.
