The trial of Degi Dudayev, the son of the first president of Chechnya, Dzhokhar Dudayev, who has been charged with drug possession and forgery of Lithuanian passports, has been postponed till autumn.
This was due to the fact that the trial judge has been appointed to work in the Klaipeda district court, and the judge who took over the trial is currently on leave, Gazeta.ru reports with reference to Delfi.
As previously reported, the Kaunas city district court is considering the case of the son of the former president of Ichkeria, Degi Dudayev, along with three other individuals.
