The police of the Stavropol Territory registered 37 cases of frauds with maternity capital. Through lies, they purchased certificates for maternity capital for 140,000 rubles, although each costs 408,960 rubles, Interfax-South reports.
A total of over 15 million rubles was obtained through the scheme. Four fraud suspects have been detained.
