Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban said that the government will pay for treatment of Imran Jafarzade, a boy who lost both legs after being sucked into a drainage pipe at an aqua park at the Nabran Holiday Village.
Prosecutors initiated a criminal case for the incident.
