Magomed Bilalov, brother of Ahmed Bilalov, ex-head of the Northern Caucasus Resorts, offered to answer questions of investigators at the Russian Embassy in London, RIA Novosti reports.
Investigators say that Bilalov used his authority at the Krasnaya Polyan Company to transfer finances of Sberbank granted for Olympic construction to the National Business Development Bank for 4-7% rate annually. Then he would get the sum through affiliated companies in a form of loans at a rate of 12.5% annually. A loss of over 45 million rubles accumulated through the scheme in 2011-2012.
Magomed Bilalov’s offer will be considered within 3 days. The police have no documents confirming health problems of Magomed Bilalov.
