A complaint of Ruslan Kubanov, lawyer of Karachay-Cherkessian Education Minister Boris Spiridonov, has been dismissed, Interfax-South cites spokeswoman of the regional court Oksana Meljikhova.
Kubanov noted that he will request transfer of his client to Cherkessk as soon as official charges are made. The lawyer explained that the minister had problems with health and contacts with the advocate.
