A resident of Novosasitli (Khasavurtovsky District, Dagestan) born in 1967 has been detained while undergoing treatment for involvement in the Syrian militant movement, RIA Novosti reports.
The man was involved in opposition operations in May-July 2013. He was injured on July 19, 2013, and moved to his hometown through Turkey and Azerbaijan.
