11 children from the region of Shid Kartli will study in US schools for a year. They were given such an opportunity by a program financed by Georgia and the USA, Georgia Online reports.
A total of 100 teenagers will be involved in the project. The governor of Shida Kartli gave them historical books and CDs about Georgia to represent their country in the USA.
