Tengiz Zoidze, head of Kobuleti administration, has been released from the court, according to his lawyer Ramin Papidze.
The lawyer said that Emzar Jincharadze, specialist for beautification detained with Zoidze, had been released on bail of 5000 lari. Zoidze was detained for abuse of authority.
