An illegal oil refinery has been found today in Chechnya. 24 cubic meters of finished oil products and 9 cubic meters of raw materials were seized from it.
The plant had a storage capacity for raw materials and finished products, gas stoves, pumps, pipes and a cut into the pipeline was found close to it, "Interfax" reports.
