Four people, including a police officer, have joined the eight detained in Eskisehir, Lenta.ru reports.
One suspect is one the wanted list. The detained suspects are part of the case of Ali Ismail Korkmaz, 19. Cameras have recorded the group bearing two protesters with sticks.
Korkmaz is the fifth victim of the Turkish protests. He was beaten on June 3 and was in grave condition in hospital.
