Vissarion Kim, deputy head of Kazakhstan Engineering and part-time Assistant Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, died in a car accident on the Almaty-Yekaterinburg Highway in the Karaganda Region at about 6.00 pm yesterday, News Kazakhstan reports.
Kim lost control of the vehicle.
