The Tuapsinsky District of the Krasnodar Territory has started collecting aid for the flood-struck Amur Region, ITAR-TASS cites Vladimir Lybanov, head of the district.
He reminded that 5 million people in Kuban had helped overcome the flood a year ago.
Water in the Nechepsukho River rose in the Tuapsinsky District on the night of August 21-22, 2012. 600 houses with 1500 people, 4 social facilities were submerged. The sewers, boiler center and power lines were damaged.
