Nadyr Akhmedov, the man who shot Ibragim Ismailov in a conflict near the Shabur Banquet Hall (Temiraul, Khasavyurtovsky District, Dagestan), handed himself over to the police, ITAR-TASS reports.
Ismailov died after Sayga shot him in the chest. Artur Ajiyev was wounded in the right shoulder.
