Last night in Dagestan, close to the city of Derbent, near the cafe "Visit", located on the federal highway "Kavkaz", unidentified persons fired from firearms at a group of people,the Investigative Committee reported.
Following the accident, three people were taken to the central hospital, one died later.
A criminal case has been initiated on three counts: Part 1 of Article 105 (murder), Part 2 of Art. 105 (attempt to kill two or more persons) and Art. 222 (illegal arms) of the Criminal Code, SKFO.RU reports.
According to preliminary information, the attacker is a resident of the city of Derbent, who previously had a conflict with the victim. He is currently at large.
