Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov called today on his Instagram account for residents of the republic to deal with tinted car windows, in particular, to remove it from the KRA Series, which are prestigious because of the coincidence with the initials of the Chechen leader.
In this case, Kadyrov personally set an example by removing the tint from his car windows, noting that "anyone who knowingly violates the rules and creates an emergency situation is like a terrorist."
He also said that he had ordered a special raid in Grozny, during which no cars with tinted windows were found.
