A 34-year-old senior prosecutor in Ingushetia Adam Ujakhov and 23-year-old local Ababukar Ujakhov were detained for an armed assault against two residents on August 22, Interfax-South reports.
They are charged with murder attempt and illegal storage, transportation and carrying of weapons.
According to investigators, a man and a woman were shot by unidentified assailants at the Nazran center. They were gravely injured.
