Mehriban Aliyeva, First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of the UNESCO and ISESCO, member of the Azerbaijani parliament, is marking her birthday. She has been congratulated by Vladimir Tolstoy, Russian presidential advisor for culture, Yegor Konchalovsky, a Russian film director, Olga Sviblova, Director of the Multimedia Art Museum.
Tolstoy emphasized the role of Aliyeva and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in expanding cultural ties with Russia and exchange of art exhibitions. He noted that he had met Aliyeva in Baku during the opening of the local MSU branch.
Konchalovsky said that he met Aliyeva and learned about her contribution to cultural development during the making of the Baku, I Love You film. The Heydar Aliyev Foundation supported the film.
Sviblova emphasized called Aliyeva’s beauty an ideal everyone needed and many talked about.
