Former head of Georgian NOC can bail out

A Georgian Court has decided on bail of 200 thousand laris (about 4 million rubles) for the ex-chairman of the Georgian National Olympic Committee (NOC) and a former MP, Gia Natvlishvili, and the founder of "Artes" and the Avante Hospital Management Group, Zaza Kapanadze.

The amount must be paid within 30 days, Gazeta.ru reports.

As previously reported, according to the investigators Natvlishvili and Kapanadze appropriated budget funds, inflating the cost of works at a number of infrastructure projects in Tbilisi. The suspects deny all the charges against them.
