Schools and kindergartens reconstructed in Karachay-Cherkessia ahead of new school year

Schools and kindergartens have been reconstructed in Russia's North Caucasian republic of Karachay-Cherkessia ahead of the new school year, the press service of the head of the republic reports.

The republic's administration has also established seven new kindergartens, the press service reports.
