The last Georgian family has left Homs, meaning that no other Georgians remain in Syria, Trend reports.
The Georgian consulate in Egypt helped them evacuate. The Georgian Foreign Ministry urged any compatriots left in Syria to report to the Georgian Embassy in Egypt or the ministry in Tbilisi. Any citizens with information about relatives in Syria were asked to inform the Embassy in Egypt or the Foreign Ministry of Georgia.
