Beeline and Megafon will return money to all users voting in the second round of the competition “Russia 10”, the websites of the mobile phone providers state.
Megafon also promised to organize free voting in the third round, while Beeline asked the provider of the competition – Interactive Services – to refuse money for technical provision. According to Beeline, it was the content provider’s fault that SMS-votes were not collected in time, which led to “incorrect results of the voting,” Lenta.ru wrote.
