Artur Dolsayev, 1986, has admitted involvement in the attack on the cortege of Ahmed Kotiyev, Secretary of the Ingush Security Council, carried out on the Malgobek-Nazran Road near Nizhniye Achaluki (Malgobeksky District, Ingushetia) at about 7.40 am on August 27, RIA Novosti reports.
Dolsayev may also be responsible for other criminal acts, as stated by spokesman of the Russian Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin.
Ahmed Kotiyev and police officer Ruslan Kotiyev were both killed by the gang of Artur Getagajev on their way to Magas.
