The police have caught four teenagers of a special school for troubled teenagers in the Stavropol Territory, as stated by Yekaterina Danilova, senior assistant of the head of the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee in the region, RIA Novosti reports.
13 teenagers aged 15-17 kept at a special school for young law violators in the Kirovsky District escaped on Tuesday. Five of them were caught on Wednesday. The police learned that one of them had birthday yesterday and he encouraged them to run away.
