The employable population totaled 24.3%. The number of children born per 1000 people increased from 13.7 to 19, the birthrate quotient increased from 1.8 to 2.3. Life expectancy increased by 1.7 years.
The number of people moving to Azerbaijan exceeded the number of people leaving the country.
