At least 26 people have been killed during a fire at a psychiatric institution on the outskirts of the northern Russian city of Novgorod, the Russian Ministry of Emergencies reports.
The fire started last night in the village of Luka. The male ward of the hospital was totally destroyed during the fire. 59 people were in the psychiatric institution that night.
