Employees of the Georgian TV company Rustavi-2 had to evacuate their building because of a report of a bomb planted in the building, the radio station Radio Pirweli reports.
According to the radio station, a report about the presence of an explosive device in the building of Rustavi-2 was received by the center for the operational management of emergency MIA 112 at about 18:10 local time. Currently, on-site engineers, dog handlers and criminal police are working in the building, the agency "News-Georgia" reports.
This is the eighth report of a bomb in the building in the last week and the third one today. Earlier, an evacuation was declared in the building of Imedi TV and the Parliament of Georgia.
In just the past week due to anonymous calls, dog handlers twice searched the Imedi TV and Rustavi buildings, as well as Tbilisi International Airport. In all cases, the calls were false.
