Alexander Khloponin, Russian Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the NCFD, has met attendants of the Mashuk Forum, Interfax reports.
Khloponin proposed development of excursions in the region. He said that it was essential for the Northern Caucasus Resorts project and that the local executives could provide territories for sports.
The envoy emphasized the importance of active civil position. He expressed surprise that attendants of the forum had not volunteered to help people suffering from floods in the Far East.
