The police found a militant bag on the 4th km of the Stary Cherek – Nartkala Road at the entrance to Nartkala, the administrative center of the Urvansky District in Kabardino-Balkaria, this morning, ITAR-TASS reports.
The bag contained an RGD-5 grenade, sawn-off shotgun, bulletproof vest, Kenwood radio, maps of Nalchuk and Nartkala, a notebook with a scheme of blindage construction and a bomb.
The police sent the findings to a crime center of the Kabardino-Balkarian Interior Ministry.
