Roman Vilfand, head of the Russian Hydrometeorology Center, said that it was getting colder and the rain in the European part of Russia will continue, supplemented by snow. It will be sunnier in late September and early October.
Vilfand said that the North Caucasus will experience a lot of rain because of the mesocyclone formed in the Rostov Region. Intensive rains and wind will continue from the second half of Friday until the night of September 28. Heavy rain is expected in Adygeya.
