Russian Ombudsman for Children Pavel Astakhov said that the problems of migrants’ children needed more attention, RIA Novosti reports.
The ombudsman added that the idea of MP Alexey Zhuravlev to allow children of migrants without legal wages to study in Russian schools in September was justified.
