Dagestani Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov said that the republic offered accomodation for residents of the Far East who had suffered from floods in September. He reminded that the population of Dagestan had donated a daily wage to help the Far East, they took part in the Vmeste charity program of Channel One and wanted to help more.
Abdulatipov noted that Dagestan had helped refugees during the Great Patriotic War, Chechen War, war of South Ossetia and Georgia.
The Dagestani leader added that there was accomodation for hundreds of families available. Their children may continue studies at Dagestani school, according to the official.
